Global Sustainable Tourism Council resources

The Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) oversees the most widely accepted international standards for sustainable tourism, covering destinations, hotels and tour operators, events and exhibitions, and attractions.

As a GSTC member committed to advancing destination stewardship, and in line with goals stated in the Destination Stewardship and Sustainable Travel Plan and recommendations in the Statewide Opportunities report, Visit California has collected information outlining the GSTC resources available for businesses and organizations.
